Guarantee & Fees

We are proud of our work and stand behind it. Should the selected candidate be dismissed for cause within the guarantee period, HRS will undertake another search for a replacement candidate based on the same parameters of the original search. Only out-of-pocket expenses will be billed, and would only be incurred after receiving pre-approval from designee.

Fees are typically based on a percentage of the first year's annual salary of the candidate. These fees are not due until after the candidate starts employment with your company. Additional advertising, if necessary, will be billed to you as needed, but will not be billed without your approval.
