Rita has extensive experience in both public and private companies giving her a well-rounded view of business and its talent acquisition needs. As part of her portfolio, she has numerous years working for both a public corporation and as a co-founder/co-owner of a local company; and, she has served as President of the Society for Technical Communications (MB).

As a Supervisor, Manager, and Entrepreneur Rita gained experience in interviewing and talent acquisition. She is a graduate of the Management Studies and Joint Corporate Management Studies Program from the University of Winnipeg and a graduate of the Technical Communications Certificate Program from Red River Community College
